Rentals are normally  from Sunday to Sunday for a minimum of one week.

Exceptions are possible, please consult us.

Other Tariffs 2025.  

Cleaning and concierge pack (assistance and maintenance during your stay): 190 euros.

Cleaning pack only: 150 euros.

Household linen pack (bedding for 1 or 2 people: sheet, duvet cover or flat sheet, pillowcase, + tablecloth, hand towel, tea towels): 25 euros per person per week.

Baby pack: bed (no baby linen) + high chair: we provide them free of charge.

Plancha cleaning: at the tenant's expense, otherwise: 15 euros.

Tourist tax: depending on the length of stay and number of people... between 4 and 7 euros per person per night to be added to the prices indicated. Young people under 18 do not pay it.

Our animal friends are welcome (but contact us beforehand).

40% deposit upon booking. The balance 6 weeks before arrival.

Cancellation conditions:

60 days and + before the start of the stay: 100% refund,

30 days and + before the start of the stay: 50% refund,

less than 30 days before the start of the stay: no refund

Cancellation conditions:

Security deposit: 1500 euros by credit card pre-authorisation or uncashed check, returned within 2 weeks if no damage is found.

Copy of personal insurance taken out for the rental, to be sent by email at the latest one month before arrival at the premises.

We welcome our guests from 4 p.m. on Sundays.

Departure is no later than 10 a.m. on Sundays.
